2000 crown vic turn signals?

four way hazzards work but turn signals do not. Book says there is a sealed relay that cant be easily replaced but i cant find it.

For all the insensitive idiots that had nothing nice to say or help you are trolls. Usually those relays are with the fusses on the fuse block. Ford usually puts the fuse block near the battery under the hood if not under the drivers dash.

If it is, If I remember it's part of the lighting control module.. $400 as it has many relays for the lights.... Under the dash and to the right of the gas pedal.... If not should be a yellow relay somewheres on the drivers side usually.. Ford dealer will tell you for sure in their parts book...

HOWEVER.. I think your issue is NOT the relay.. I work on them and never replaced one yet on a non police unit yet...

You are probably having issues with the turn signal switch which is a known issue and can cause exactly what you are describing... beating on the switch sometimes makes it work again... But replacement is best option

turn sign change is undesirable. examine community junk yards for the area. 4 way flashers don't have something to do with turn indicators. in the experience that your guidance wheels tilts up changing the turn sign might require some attempt.
