Phenom II is a CPU, not a graphics card.
"AMD Vision is a marketing term from AMD generally used to describe the graphics technology associated with their AMD Fusion APUs.
AMD also uses the 'Vision' branding for its software suite, the AMD Vision Engine, comprising the Catalyst graphics drivers, OpenCL driver, and AMD Vision Engine Control Center."
Since it is using Phenom II not APU for CPU, AMD Vision refers to the control center software.
Personally I don't like these kind of marketing terms cause it's just causes confusion with no real benefit.
