I just recently started working as a hostess. I was hired right away, didn't even have an interview. I have had no training by the managers and I won't be getting any. I'm working tomorrow night which will be really busy. I'm nervous. I need tips on how to keep track of tables and communication with the other workers. Im worried that I will mess up and the servers will be mad. And I don't want to lose my job! Help!

You will most likely have a list of tables and waiters/waitress. You will have pen and paper and probably have an idea how many tables seat what. Most the time they won't throw you by yourself your first night and will have someone with you to make sure you are able to function after training you.

in order to keep track of tables and communication, need to raise cholesterol level a bit, cholesterol is food for brain.

egg yolk is a good source of cholesterol, so eat 1 whole egg daily for breakfast should help strengthening memory power of brain
