Hey people!,

Right Ive been working out for a while now but have decided i want a six pack for summer, Ive never worked out my abs they've always been pretty good anyway, when i tense my abs they show in to a six pack but i want them to show without me tensing im pretty skinny but have a pretty big upper body, i dont need to loose any fat around my stomach as im not even that far off a six pack but i dont know how i can make it so they show all the time?+how long do you think it would take if i started now?

Try AB Ripper X from P90X it really helps if you follow the routine exactly the same and you do it every other day DO NOT DO IT EVERYDAY! your muscles also need to relax. I saw the effects in about a month. GOOD LUCK!
