Since Ralph Nader attacked Sen. Obama for not talking "white", although I'm not sure what talking white is, I wonder whether or not Sen. McCain has mastered the talking black skill out on the stump. Maybe you can also let me know how one does either.

Update:

According to Nader, talking "black" is not only about how one speaks, but also about the issues that they are speaking about. So the greater question is: are their black issues and white issues in this campaign?

Update 3:

And if there are, is John McCain addressing the black issues as well as the white issues? In other words, is McCain talking "black"?

Senator Obama does not use Ebonics (urban ethnic dialect) to speak and I seriously doubt if he will. He has to make sure that the 90% of the electorate that doesn't talk that way will understand him and vote for, rather than against, him in November!

McCain has (as a Republican with a brain) logically conceeded 95% of the Black vote, so for him to try sounding "Black" would be as rediculous as Ralph Naders ascertions!

I think Ralph Nader is way out of the mainstream on this one. I do not believe the issues that are being discussed are one or the other. The gas prices, education, the war. All are topics that concern everyone.

I think there are bigger things at stake than how a candidate talks. Maybe the better question is what skills Obama has to be president. Talks a good game.....thats about it.

No, John McCain is humble and remains himself, even when the tough get going....it is not a useful tool, per se, to change your behavior like a chameleon to suit your fellow American, in trying to communicate or show emotions. It is a proven fact, in the behavioral process, to remain true to oneself, and know who you are, and not who someone else wants you to be, in order to communicate effectively with people of a minority group or groups.

McCain would not attend the church of Hagee. His church is in San Antonio. McCain is from Arizona. Hagee apoligized to the Catholic church, as he could desire to. What does any of this could desire to do which incorporate your question?

There's standard American English, and all that other junk. Both senators in question are very well spoken in standard American English.

Do you mean like African or something? What is this "black" you speak of?

Let me guess, you're not racist?

See a psychologist.
